He studied mechanical engineering at Cambridge and is a keen cyclist.

Mike is a finance professional with 25 years of experience delivering transformational business changes through operational and financial improvements.
After many years of being an FD Mike now provides consultancy support to businesses as they go through business change projects or trading difficulties.
Mike is an ACMA accountant.

Andrew Harley

Andrew has several years experience delivering operational improvement projects across the manufacturing, logistics and healthcare industries. Highlights include delivering a 60% efficiency improvement on the highest volume line of a UK biscuit manufacturer.
He studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and enjoys hands-on process optimisation.

Simon Keighley
Associate
Simon has 12 years’ experience working as an operational improvement specialist in the UK and US. He specialises in providing insight and clarity to find and unlock opportunities in processes. He has extensive experience throughout the supply chain, from FMCG and industrial manufacture through to major retailers.
He studied engineering at Cambridge and spends weekends away with his family in their campervan whenever he can.

Joe Millington

Joe has many years’ experience in delivering operational improvement projects across a range of sectors, such as manufacturing, defence, and healthcare. His primary area of focus has been FMCG, specifically within the fresh produce and beverage industries, with time spent working on both the consulting and client sides of delivery.
Joe Studied Mechanical engineering at Bath, specialising in Automotive design, and remains an avid fan of Formula 1.
